Gerald Moreno: CRIMINAL At Large

Not that it would matter to an ingrate like Moreno, but my blog writings are copyright-protected by the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 2.5 Licence.

This basically means that all writings on my blog are licensed under the following terms:

	Attribution. You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor.
	Noncommercial. You may not use this work for commercial purposes.
	No Derivative Works. You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work.

Gerald should realise that his frequent quoting of my blogs on his own stalkblogs are a violation of copyright given that he has not asked my permission to host my writings on his site, nor has he attributed them in the proper way as required by me. This Licence is legally enforceable and Gerald Moreno is in violation of it.

After taking other individuals to ak for violating the copyright of his site and templates, how strange it is that he should break his own rules and flout all laws as and when it suits his fancy. But then again, our favourite Moreno is more famous for his hypocrisy than he is for his sense of responsible citizenship. :-)

He is now officially a criminal. :-)
